There, trained security experts review the incident in real time and—depending on the situation and the customer agreement—immediately take action. These measures include live announcements over loudspeakers as a deterrent, alerting the police, security services, or security guards, as well as notifying the customer or designated contact persons. Every alarm is comprehensively video-documented and logged to ensure evidence and proof. Thanks to state-of-the-art technology, direct alarm transmission, and continuous monitoring, LivEye responds in seconds and around the clock (24/7)—for maximum security and rapid intervention in an emergency.
